We do try to keep products up to date with their availability in store, if we miss updating the site immediately, for any reason, please accept our apologies & it will be rectified ASAP. If an order has been paid for we will swap item with a suitable replacement or cost of product not supplied will be refunded.

All items on website are in new condition but sometimes they could be NEAR DATE or OUT OF SEASON. We will place on sale and archive once they are not suitable for sale. A chance to get a bargain if you look for these through the site.

Delivery / Click & Collect.

We offer FREE 5km radius for local delivery on orders $25 and over. Under $25 a delivery fee will apply.
Click & Collect still on offer if you prefer.
Delivery services can be arranged for outside local area.
Delivery Rates (normal):
1 to 8 business days - $10.50
(usually within, unless carriers are experiencing busier than normal periods. Public holidays can impact on delivery time as they are not classed as a business day)
WE MOSTLY USE AUSTRALIA POST - using your PO Box is ok
Deliveries will be labelled ATL (authority to leave) if there is no answer. Delivery person will leave in the safest place that is available to them.
IF YOU REQUIRE EXPRESS POST
Please choose Express at checkout and the cost is $20

Please Note: Some items on our website suggestions have been noted if not suitable for travel with carriers.
All our products are packed for traveling appropriately and leave our premises in good order, we are unable to guarantee past this point. Please consider hot weather when ordering chocolate products, we try to send out to avoid the high forecast days.
